We take extreme care in packaging your perishable items. All orders are packed in thick, insulated coolers with enough dry ice to keep products frozen during transit.

Delivery Times & Rates

• Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days. Arrives frozen.
• Express Delivery: Overnight processing for urgent orders.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Please note: We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your package does not sit in a shipping carrier warehouse over the weekend.

↩️Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Our Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, completely thawed, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
